AutoCAD/aerial photo and autocad

Question
I am an Aerial Photographer.
My client, a local university, has asked me to align the aerial photo I did for them with their autocad plan of the university.
In their words "...place the photo at the 00... ".
They would like to be able to open the aerial photo in autocad and have the drawings aligned on it.
Can you please point me at the right direction?
I use autocad 2002.

Answer
Beni, is the photo scaled 1:1? was it taken at a certain altitude? "..place photo at the 00..", is this a coordinate (northing/easting)? typically, i can insert an image (1:1 scale) on top of our civil plans w/ no issues. if photo is not scaled, it can be stretched to correlate w/ the autocad objects. clients typically are not concern about 100% accuracy at this stage they're more concern of the overall outlook of the proposed project. The tricky part is finding a reference point (highways, lakes, etc.) on the image & superimposing it on autocad at minimum fudge factor. Good luck!
