Question
we are using auto lt 2004 someone sent us a job design in layout but we cant print certain layer. None of the layer are turned off, frozen, thawed, or etc..

Answer
Hi --
You dont give me your level of expertise, so I am gonna hit the basics first.
1-- Did you look in the Layer Manager to see if those layers are marked nonplot, or if they are assigned a plot style or color that is meant not to plot?
2-- If #1 does not help, try plotting with 1 or  different plotstyles than you normally use, to see if your usual plotstyle does not "like" this drawing.
3-- I read again that you mentioned layouts  -- did you try a test plot in model space?
4-- There is some possibility of an xref problem, if the above does not work.

Let me know more specifically -- especially which release the originator used -- if you are still stuck.
