Answer
hi--
From AutoCAD 2006 HELP
"To create a JPEG file (JPG)

On the command line, enter jpgout.
In the Create Raster File dialog box, select a folder and enter a file name. Click Save.
The .jpg extension is appended to the file name.

Select the objects you want to save.
Command line: JPGOUT"

In AutoCAD 2002, you get a more convoluted way to do it. Open HELP, type jpeg in the search.

Were it I, I would probably print the AutoCAD drawing at a small scale, cut it out, and glue it to the aerial photo, then scan the result, creating a combined image. This avoids possible deterioration of information in the drawing, due to pixelation -- and it is quick.
