AutoCAD/blocks

Question
I've made a titleblock in which I've inserted a block of the company logo.  When I send a drawing to my employer he can see everything except the logo.  The logo file was saved as just a simple drawing and then inserted into the title block, is there some other way I should be doing this?  Or is there some setting that is preventing it from showing on other computers?  The logo shows up fine on drawings I've saved and re-opened on my computer.  Thank you.

Answer
Chad, is by any chance either you or your employer are using different autocad packages (autocad mechanical, mechanical desktop, ldd, etc.)? I'm thinking the posibility of proxy objects.
Is the logo inserted or xrefed?
Is all of the objects (logo) on layer '0'?
Is the logo an anonymous block?
