AutoCAD/line type problems

Question
I am running 2006 autocad on my lap top and when i got out of school i took the MTQ (Ministère des transport du québec) line types. when i am trying to insert them in my drawing, it says bad definition on line 11, but when i use them at work it is ok and it is the same version of autocad. lets say i try a fence line (----x----x----) it only makes the line and it forget the x, or a wooden delimitation it only mark a dot at the beginig and at the end of the line. How can i make them work propelly??

Answer
My apologies for the delay...u might wanna check the syntax for the linetype @ line 11? It would help me a lot if u can supply me that. Normally, linetypes are read under ur support directory (for ex: acad.lin). Im assuming its just a simple problem like the text specified is not loaded in ur machine...which is why its rendering that error. Let me know!
