AutoCAD/toolbars

Question
this is 'new' to me-whenever I boot my AutoCAD 2005, my toolbars 'revert' to something other than what I had left them as. ie: the layers toolbar moves up to the top level. I have 4 customized toolbars as well as 2 ACAD stock toolbars on my desktop. Is this a registry problem that I can correct?
also, when I boot, I now get the Error Sign,
  Fail to create CommCntrClientSink object!

Answer
Andy,

My apologies for the delay! Not so sure of the toolbar problem. However, we need to eliminate one problem at a time. About the 'Fail to create CommCntrClientSink object', majority of the newsgroups recommend running a 'Repair Installation' of AutoCad. If this eliminates the error code, then we can further focus on toolbar if it still shuffles around.
