Question
How do you turn a x-ref into a block that you can explode to use in a plan view for editing in Cival engineering drawing?  Is thier a way to make the text stlye hand BOLD.

Thanks

Answer
Hi -- Maybe unusual questions, and you completely left out your experience level, AutoCAD release, etc., which helps me a lot to give good answers.
1-- Why would you want to turn an xref into a block? Why not just insert or copy the source drawing?  The purpose of an xref is that it will update when the source drawing changes, and that would be null if you could explode it.
2-- I dont use that text style, but if the font does not allow bold, you cant easily change that. Look into changing the plot style associated with the text.
Best I can give from what you tell me. Good luck.
