Question
My dodge truck has a 360 v8 EFI with a new starter and new starter relay but will not turn over when the key is turned. The starter relay clicks and gets warm but the starter will not respond.what should be checked/replaced next?

Answer
I'm assuming that the Starter Relay is not built into the Starter. If it isn't, then I'd remove the Starter, and check it to see if it's seized.

If your Truck's Starter is designed like the older Chrysler Starters, which is with the Solenoid (what you may be calling a Relay) built into the Starter, I'd still check the Starter itself, to determine if it is seized.
