Question
How do I locate and replace the fuel pump?

Answer
The pump is in the fuel tank. However, you can access it by removing the back seat and between the floor and the tank there should be 2 panels stuck on with glue.Remove both as i cant remember which is which. One is the sender and the other is the fuel pump. You will see which is which by the fuel lines/pipes.Dont forget to disconnect the battery when you are working on the fuel pump.Remove the negative terminal and do not replace until you are satisfied the pump/wiring is replaced properly.Best thing is to get a haynes manual from the parts store and for $20 it may save you a lot more if you plan to keep this car. They tell you how to in detail and is a must for this job.
