Question
car stop running has spark and fuel, before it stop the engine idle was surging. remove iac and egr vavle cleaned both. also changed distributor,coil,ecu still no start.

If the spark is good the ignition is ok.Then you are looking at either fuel/air mixture,timing,compression.Did you check the timing and also it sounds like you had an air leak at the  intake as the engine was surging.When you say the fuel is ok did you check the pressure?
