Question
sir,
my mazda has had a transmission oil change and i
added lucas tranny oil 24oz. to new transmision change.
it is rough shifting it still, could i use something
else or is there an adjustment...changed oil with additive
about 250 miles ago..is there a "break in" period with
this oil additive...plus on cold mornings, the shifting
is very stiff.
thanks, john

Answer
If you have a lot of miles on the transmission, then i would think its worn and will make it hard to shift. Not really much you can do or adjust to make it easier.Im assuming the clutch is ok.Might be worth going to a transmission shop and have them look at it.Most shops have free estimates.Make sure also you have the corrct oil in the transmission.
