Question
My slider to move the heat from hot to cold is stuck.
How do I pull out the heater control box to see what is the problem.  I can't find out how the box comes out.  There are no screws or push pins by looking at the faceplate that covers it and the radio.

Answer
The problem is more likely to be under the hood.It will be the heater control which is a small unit which the cables go to and its near the firewall. It is probably stuck so follow the heater cable and you will find it.Renew it or free it up.It controls the hot/cold switch over.If you still need to pull out the face, then the radio cover and heater controls come out all in one piece. You need a small pick and pull it off carefully. It will have a plastic surround and screws behind the faceplate.
