Question
Where is the speed sensor on the 1997 Mazda 626....please help i can not find it anywhere and it's a little piece about five inches with a two prong connector and a gear at the end.....where does it go that is the code I'm getting i purchased the part and i need to put in it... no guides tell you where is at ,,,,again please help me!!!!!!!!!

Answer
If you look at your transmission you will find it.It should be close to the range sensor but you may need to get underneath the car.Its there ok somewhere usually on the drivers side if i remember right. Is your car auto or manual? Some cars such as ford have been known to put them on the rear differential. As mazda is in with ford its worth lookin there too thats if you have a 5 speed tranny.
