Question I own a 1979 chevy malibu and I would like to know what kind or type of carb to install on a 350 engine? The engine is not very powerful. Another question is how do you adjust an electric choke?
Answer that year usally comes with a rochestor quadrajet 4 bbl...you can also fit an edelbrock on there easy..
to adjust the choke.. first warm up the engine to operating temp..
then loosted the choke spring cover..3 screws usally..turn the dial untill the choke is wide open..but still feeling some spring tension..
when it cools down again..hit the gas once before starting,,,that should click on the choke..
