QUESTION: My Scanner try's to scan and keeps saying "vehicle not responding". The engine runs, but there's no ignition timing variation. The check engine light goes out upon starting as normal. All fuses good. Swapped engine computer and same result. All connections appear fine. What am I missing?

What was the problem?Even though you replaced the computor,it may be the one you put in isnt compatible with your car.It must be or you will not get the car to run properly.Try to scan it with the old computor see if you get it to work and read the codes.
