Question
Hi I have a 1996 Eagle Talon...

When the car was 5 years old it started to get shakes when I braked so I replaced the rotors and pads.  3 to 4 months later the shakes were back.  This has continued to happen everytime I do the brakes since.  Every 3 to 4 months I got the same problem back.  I was thinking of replacing...
Shocks & Struts
Tires
Rotors & Pads
and Hydrolic Fluid all at the same time.  Does this sound like a good idea?

Answer
Struts generally don't produce shaking, but if they're bad, the car won't hold the road properly, and the Tires might exhibit a scallop pattern in the Tread area, also known as cupping. However, it would take a rather pronounced, and obviously amount of cupping, in order to cause a rough ride, and it wouldn't only be noticeable upon braking.

As for the Tires being responsible for any kind of shaking, that could happen if a Belt shifted in the tire, but much like cupping damage, the shaking wouldn't only occur upon braking.

The Hydraulic Fluid wouldn't cause any kind of shaking.
