Question
why aren't my wipers working for my 94 geo prizm? I'm in cold weather right now, would that have anything to do with it?

Answer
They should work hot or cold unless they are stuck to the windshield?If they are simply not working,look at the fuse/relay under the hood and if they are ok, then you will need to test the wiper motor with a 12 volt source.You will most likely have to remove the wiper motor to test it.
