it starts to chug a bit when I slow down and then try to accelerate.

QUESTION: Hi Sean,

My car is a 99 Mitsubishi Colt 1.3Ltr , recently serviced.

The problem Only seemed to happen after I got the service which lead me to believe it could be the spark plugs.

Answer
Could be anything not related to the service.Spark plugs may be the problem if the proper ones were not installed as this wouldnt be a first i have seen it happen.Chugging could be plugs or fuel so its a diagnostic on all major components as guessing is check book suicide on this car.A good shop will test fuel pressure, ignition module, wires, and do a major engine diagnosis.
