Question
I have a 1999 dodge durango. On the way home the rear brakes locked up, I put new wheel cylinders on both sides and installed new shoes. After bleeding the system the rear brakes still stay engaged, I had to open the bleeder to release. I have checked the line from left wheel to right wheel the line is open...   QUESTION???  Is there a check valve to release fluid from wheels or ?  Any suggestions

Answer
If the line is holding pressure after you relaese the foot pedal...
Your Master Clyinder may be faulty..
next time it happens.
try to bleed the line at the MC with no foot pressure.
to see if is preessurized there.
If so..replace the MC
GOOD LUCK
