Automotive/2003 Honda Accord Turn Signal Problem

Question
I have a 2003 Honda 4 cyl.  The Left side turn signals don't work.  I have changed both the front and rear bulbs.  The right side works fine.  The hazard lights work on the right side, but do not flash on the left side.  Any suggestions?

Answer
This would be a hands on repair as it could be anywhere in the wiring between the turn signal and the ignition. There is no standard fix for this as i dont know what happened to stop the turn signals from working.Did you do any work or wiring on the car?Did anyone fit any new elecrical items on this car? There is one fuse for the turn signals on both sides and one relay. If the relay goes, the hazard should work on both sides so,you can eliminate relay problems. You will need to start at the beginning, trace the wiring back to most likely under the dash or fender and possibly the trunk to see where the break is.This is a job really for a electrician as it can be time consuming.Im assuming the switch works on all other settings?Flasher, dip beam? This sort of problem requires a reasonable amount of knowledge electrically so if you dont know what youre doing, best to leave it alone or have a shop fix it.
