Automotive/2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R, removal of horn relay

Question
Sean,
I have a 2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R.  The horn doesn't work, I checked the fuses and replaced one that was burnt out.  When I press the horn, I hear clicking and vibration from what I deduced was the horn relay.  However, I haven't been able to remove it to check the wiring and such (don't want to bust the thing and be in more trouble).  Any tips on removing it or what else could be wrong?

Answer
There is something wrong along the horn circuit as the fuse shouldnt blow if all is normal.Sounds like a short somewhere.I would replace the horn itself and the fuse. The relay should pull out,try a small screwdriver to pry it up.I would be nearly sure the short is in the horn or the push on the wheel.Try swopping the relay with a different one as there are similar relays on this car which will work.
