Automotive - Adjust headlights on a 97 Dodge Grand Caravan
Expert: chris ehlerman - 4/21/2008
Question Can you possibly explain to me how to adjust my headlights. The left beam is pointing up in the sky. I see there is a level in there, but do not know how to adjust it. I cannot find my owners manual. Thank you.
Answer Hello Selina under the hood on top of the headlight assembly you will see two adjusting screws one will adjust the horizontal and the other will adjust the vertical alignment. Some times the adjusting screws use a special socket to adjust them so you can not adjust them by accident while trying to remove the headlight. If you do not have the special sockets you will need a service station to adjust the lights for you. This should be an inexpensive repair and you will know the adjustment is right. Good luck
