Question The caravan runs smooth until I go to stop then it feels as if it is going to conk out. It runs really rough until I start to go then it runs normal. We just had a tune up with new plugs and wires.
Answer My best guess here is a vacuum leak, which could be coming from any one of a number of hoses under the Hood that operate either emissions controls, or even the one that supplies vacuum to the Heater/AC system doors that direct air flow for the Heat & AC. This is not a 5 minute diagnosis as a rule, and would be best done by a qualified Mechanic.
