Question
I am trying to "find" the starter on a 1992 Nissan NX 2000.
can you tell the general area to look?

Answer
It is nearly always at the bell housing between the engine and transmission.You may need to raise the car using a jack and jack stands for safety.Trace the heavy red cable from the positive side of the battery and if you do remove the starter,remove the negative battery cable first.Do not reconnect until you are finished with the starter.
