Question
does a 2006 dodge stratus sxt 2.4 have a mass air flow sensor?

Answer
I cannot seem to see one for this car online so it will be a dealer part.It will have one on the engine as most modern cars do and it is usually between the throttle body and air filter.There will be a large rubber intake boot with the sensor between filter and manifold.Your best way is to call your dealer for a price.
