Question I own a 99 chevy Z71, I installed 2 new u joints in the rear driveshaft and only indexed the rear of the shaft and the pinion yoke. Now starting at 55mph I have a vibration. Could the spline be a tooth or two off? More importantly, how can I fix this?
Answer i doubt thats the problem.
make sure the u joints are centered and the clips are still in place...
rotate and watch if it spins true and straight
also see if the wieght is still welded to the driveline..
