Automotive/1993 Civic SI, No spark, no fuel

Question
I have a 1993 Civic Si with the D16Z6 engine. I went to eat one day, got food, and when I came out, the car wouldn't start. The car isn't actuating the fuel pump, however when I jump the fuel pump off the battery, it (the pump) works fine. Also, the car isn't getting spark. I have checked the main relay, it checked good (I even bought a new one). I've replaced the P28 ECU and another TD-42U distributor. Nothing has changed my no start condition. Heres the thing. I bought the P28 from eBay, and got the TD-42U from a local scrap yard. I'm thinking I may have got a bad part, but am not sure... Is there ANYTHING else I might want to check to help me out? I'm desperate! Thanks!

Answer
Replace all your original parts and check the EFI fuse.Look under the dash as well as there are fuses in there. Its unlikely the PCU goes out on these cars and it may possibly be the igniter.Check all of these first and see if you get spark,as both fuel and spark went out at the same time,im thinking more of a fuse for the EFI system.
