Question My car engine starts it immmeditately begins rattling and the engine shakes along with the transmission and cataylic convertic/exhaust. It stalls moving and shuts off a majority of the time. Could it be an electrial problem, or engine problem. My check engine light blinks every now and then, I recently changed the oil too.
Answer Not knowing the what model year your car is, but from what you're describing, the car being new enough to have a "Check Engine Light", then all I can assume, is that the Engine has a serious misfire problem (the shaking you described), and you probably should have taken the car in to someone who has a "Code Reader", to have that Check Engine Light" cause analyzed, as soon as it first happened.
