Question can I pass cables to a dodge durango from my 2002 montero?., I don't have the manual, thanks
Answer I'm assmuming you want to know if you can jump start one vehicle from the other, and my answer would be yes, just as long as you can access the Positive Terminals on both Batteries (marked with a + sign by the Terminal as a rule). The - (minus) connection can be any good clean metal surface on the Engine Block (preferably), or any good solid, unpainted surface, accessible under the Hood. The safest thing, is to connect the Positve Cables first, then the negative (minus) Cables last, so as to minimize the possibility of creating sparks near the Battery. NEVER allow the Positive Cables to hit any metal surface of either vehicle.
