Automotive - 2001 venture a/c not working

Expert: Ron Cris - 6/26/2008

Question
We recently recharged our a/c unit and then it all started to leak out.  My husband thought it might be the condenser.  Is that possible or could it be a hose or something else?  It still blows air but not cold only warm air like heater air, it has not worked well for about 4 months or so, it blew cold air but not a/c air is supposed to be that is why we recharged it.
Thank you

Answer
you must check te fron pressure with gauges..
if it is low or empty..add some freon with green dye to find the leak..

good luck.
