Question
what does it mean if im getting a jerk when i apply breaks to my 2003bmw 325ci

Answer
pulsating brakes are common on BMW and MERCEDES..
It means your brake  rotor disks are warped..
Dont both resurfacing them..they will warp again soon...they will be too thin at that point.
Buy new rotors on your next brake job..and buy good grade brake pads..not the cheapies.. they will hold up to heat better...
Good luck..
