Question
Last night I removed the front calipers on my 2003 durango in an effort to replace the pads (and turn the rotors).  Problem, I could not remove the worn pads from the caliper.  It would appear to remove them I have to take the sliding bolts out to dissasemble the caliper in two parts.  The bolts have a torx (Star) head and I did not have a tool with enough torque to remove them.  Do I really have to dissasemble the caliper or am I missing an easier way to get the job done.

Answer
Yes you have to remove the torqe screws..

Whw you put it back together..install the rotors first..then the caliper braket..next the pads..last the the caliper..

That is the process..
