Question
Hi,
I have a 2002 Land Rover Freelander, and it will not start. In May I had the intake plenum, manifold sensor, and fuel pump changed because the car stalled on me and wouldn't start again.  I have driven the car about 2,000 more miles since then, and it has been running fine.  I also had the Air conditioning replaced in June about 15500 miles ago.
Yesterday, my car wouldn't start.  It would click when I tried to turn it on, so I thought it was the battery.   I called AAA, had the car jump started (he says my battery looks in good condition), drove the car for 30 minutes, and was able to turn the car on again after turning it off for about 1 minute.   I went back to my car about 20 minutes later and it wouldn't start again and it was making the same clicking noise.
Do you think I have something wrong with the battery? or could it be more serious than that? could it be the alternator?

Answer
Yes ..ethier your battery is no good or the charging system is not charging..

charge the battery..
start the truck..
look at your volt meter.
if it is above 12v the alt is working..14v-15v is common

if not..check your belt and cables before you replace tha alt..
