Automotive/1995 grand prix cranks but wont start

Question
hi, i have a 1995 Grand Prix 3.1L V6.  It died the other day while driving, now all it will do is crank over but wont start.  I checked the fuel filter and pump, they work. And I dont know if its the same issue but a fuse keeps blowing when i turn the key on, without starting it. I dont know what the fuse is for because the previous owner removed the cover which had the diagram of what their for.

I removed the spark plugs and checked those, they still spark so i put  a little gas where the spark plugs go and put them back in and it tried to start, then went back to cranking.

Any ideas? I need to fix this quick, its my only car and ride to work. Thank you.

Answer
If it tried to start with the fuel added then its a fuel problem. When you say the fuel pump works,it may seem ok but a pressure test is needed with a proper gauge.Pressure must be approx 45 psi as you crank the engine. It will put some gas up from the tank even if the pump is bad and seem like its ok.Test it first and see.Best way to find the fuse is go to a junk yard or dealer, junk yard is probably easier and get another fuse cover and take it from there.
