Automotive/low air flow from 2003 Toyota Corolla AC

Question
My 2003 Toyota Corolla has low air flow whether through the vents or out the defroster.  The temperature of the air when the AC is on is cold, but the flow is very low.  The fan sounds like it increases speed as the dial is turned up, but the flow does not seem to really change much at all.  This sounds like it might be a duct problem off the blower, how do I get to this to check/repair if that is the problem?

Answer
This would be a major job as all the ducts are under the dash and are not easy to get at.Also you have side vents on each lower and upper.Maybe a trip to the shop would be less of a pain.Let them have all the trouble. It could be a weak fan, have you asked about that at the dealer or shop?
