QUESTION: i have a ford probe 1996 GT and i having bad problems. the monitor will not reset and can't reset ignition timing, nobody seems to find the problem as i can't get inspected because the check enginee light is on.
please help!

QUESTION: we don't know. because the computer keeps erasing it, so we can't get the codes, any by the way. another thing too: the computer is not responding to the sensors and we can't reset the ignition timing at all! so i hope that helps me and you!

The pcm is faulty then,try a different computor.This is a rare thing for the computor to do but not impossible.I would get one from a junk yard,theyre round $100.The codes and check engine are probably ok,its the pcm that is totally gone and giving faulty signals.
