Question
I have a 1992 camry that starts off and on.Battery does not have any sparks. I cleaned the terminal

Answer
You need to test the battery with a proper meter to see if it has 12 volts.A good fully charged battery will register 12.45 approx. If it is low,the car will not start.Check your alternator also when you get it running.Good alternator output is 13/14 volts.Best to take the battery to a parts store and have them load test it.If it has a dead cell/s,replace it.Other cause of intermittent starting is a bad starter motor solenoid. This will have to be diagnosed by a shop.Thats if the battery is ok.
