Question
QUESTION: car ran but rough checked and found timing was erratic replaced distributor(reman complete) and the car ran great for about five minutes and died

checked have fire
cam timing is ok
noid light flashes
130 plus compression
injectors 13.6 to 13.9 ohms
pulled the plugs all fuel fouled
crimp fuel line car will almost run but then will kick back on the starter like the ignition timing is way to fast so I put the timing light on it to see and it is actually about 20 degrees slow cranking(I know not real acurate when cranking but)

any ideas would be greatly appreciated and if there is anything else you need to know just let me know

ANSWER: Igniton timing should be 15degrees btdc.Check your coil, wires, and module/igniter.

QUESTION: set code 13 ohm wires from distributor to ecm all ok is ecm problems common on this car?

Answer
Very rare for the pcm to go out on this car.If you have spark and good compression and fuel, the timing is way off.Start from scratch with the crank at tdc, look where #1 piston is and if the valves on #1 are fully closed. Also where the rotor is pointing regarding the cap.Should be pointing to #1 wire tower or close to it as possible.
