Automotive/heater blows cool air

Question
I have a 2007 Ford Taurus. The heater blows cool air. Airconditioning blows cooler air. There have been no overheating problems or antifreeze odor noted. I have replaced the thermostat and flushed the cooling system. All cooling system hoses are hot when the car reaches normal operating temperature.

Answer
Are the hoses to the heater at the firewall getting hot?If so,the problem could be the valve for the heater stuck closed. If you look between the heater hoses it should be visible. Some are electronic and some have a small cable. Its possible to open it manually but if electrical it will need to be removed and replaced.
