Question
I just bought this vehicle and it already has now fail to start 3 X's..
also the radio seems to work only after the car has been running for 20-30mins. 1st time I drove it for about 45 mins than the radio finally came on..after I parked for 20 mins.I came out and it would not start....The lights everything still work  (it has a new battery as well)  after waiting about 25 mins.  I was able to get it started..The same thing has happened now  2 other times in less than 24 hours....when trying to start it  I get zero noise..no cliking or anything as I am trying to start it. Than if I let it sit for 30-60mins  it than will start..

Answer
Could be the starter motor solenoid or the PATS system.Thats the anti theft system,i would check the starter first by running a wire direct to the starter and see if it turns over.Check and see if you have a solenoid by the firewall and replace it.They are usually at fault with this car having starter problems.
