Question
I need help identifying the name of a part.  I have a 99 Ford Windstar and on the back side window the arm has come loose from the window.  I know that it attaches with a screw on the inside and a round rubber piece on the outside.  I have lost the rubber piece.  This window is a pop out window.  I can't seem to find anywhere what the name of the part is that I need.  Thank you for your help

Answer
The window components are,the glass, the runners, rubbers, window mechanism which should include all you need. The Ford dealer will have a detailed list of all the parts in your car and if you go and look at his computer,it will show exactly which part you need. The parts guy will pull it up on screen for you.Its most likely called a grommet.
