Question
Brake lights not working.  Bulbs are good(new) and I checked all fuses, they are ok.

Answer
I would use a Circuit Tester to see if you are getting power to the Bulb Sockets. I would, if possible, check the wires just where they come into the sockets for obvious breaks, and if you are careful, you can strip a small bit of insulation from the wires ahead of the Sockets, and check for power with the Circuit Tester. Make sure the stripped sections are adequately re-insulated with either Insulation Tape, or a suitable Liquid Insulation product when you're done testing. If you have power up to the Sockets, but nothing out of them, then the Sockets are bad, and need to be replaced. Beyond that, it's a painstaking process of tracing the wires back from the Sockets to the power source.
