Question
I have a 97 chrysler sebring and the right turn signal is stuck in the on position and wont turn off even when the lever is in the off position or in the left position and the left one is not working at all.

I had a similiar situation with a 1982 Ford Fairmont I use as a 'Daily Driver', and the only cure, is to replace the Switch. Your best bet, is to get a Chilton's Manual, or Haynes Manual, covering your make, year, and model of car, and then read the section on removing and replacing the Turn Signal Switch. You can find the Chiltons or Haynes Manuals at most major Auto Parts Stores, such as O'Reiley's, Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA Stores, or any other decent sized Auto Parts Store.
