Question
i have a 1992 q45 infiniti and my air conditioner don't blow cold air out but the fans work, what do you suggest checking?

Answer
The a/c system will need serviced and by the age of your car,most likely a complete overhaul.Most systems will lose gas and on older cars possible leaks will cause the gas to leak completely.This can be expensive to repair.Not a job for the average home mechanic and its best left to a shop.
