Question
We just bought our daughter a 2000 Jetta, her passenger side window fell down and now will not work, I've seen alot of reviews with this problem with regulators, do you know of a recall on this?  Also, the blower on the the defrost, ac, etc doesn't work.  The fuse is fine, any suggestions on what could be wrong and will it be expensive to fix?

Answer
No recall on this that i know of and with the year you would be lucky getting any warranty on this car at all.Typical jetta problems, windows, electrical, door handles and things that fall off.The heater will most likely be the motor and yes it will be expensive as the motor is buried under the dash.
