Question
hood latch cable broke came completly out i took front grill off  to view mechanisism better but still couldnt figure it out anyone have diagram of latch or where the cable connects is it possible to open please help me

There is a website called Audi World and it will tell you how to open the hood.It will explain that if you get under the car and look up you will see the latch and using a long screwdriver,you can pull the lever to the right and the hood should open.I have opened some, but usually with the grille off,its easy to see the lever and pull to the right.
