IN CA CAN I SELL A TRUCK 1999 WITHOUT AIRBAGS TO A PRIVATE PARTY
I dont see why not.Problem is,the new owner cannot smog the vehicle until the srs sytem has been repaired.If the vehicle has been listed on the dmv computer as a total loss,the car will have to be checked by dmv for a brake and light test.The registration will be denied if the airbags are not installed and certified by a qualified shop.
