How do I replace this part?

The blower is behind the ashtray.Below the radio and in front of the gearshift.Remove the panel/s and you will see the cover.Simply remove the torx screws on the cover.The problem is most likely the semi conductor or final stage and is easily replaced without removing the complete motor.
