QUESTION: hi, when i press the accelerator on my manual 95 acura integra all the way down for some reason at around 5000-6000 it chokes and  stalls for a second until i release the accelerator a little and it starts again where it left off i havent been able to figure out whats wrong .please help.

QUESTION: only while driving

That would be close to maximum rpms,possibly a small hesitation may be caused by clogged fuel filter or bad plugs.A good tune up may be required.You didnt say how many miles on the engine.The performance would depend on compression and valve wear also.
