Automotive/Instrument cluster not working

Question
My 1997 Plymouth voyager's Instrument cluster (Temp Gauge, Speedometer & Fuel Gauge) is not working since 2 days ago.
For the past one year, the instruments goes dead and after driving a couple of miles it turns on suddenly. When someone blows the leaves near the van with the leaf blower, or due to very cold or hot weather, the instrument cluster stops working.
My vehicle is worth only $700 and I do not want to spend too much on this vehicle. How can I get this fixed?  Please help

Answer
Sounds like bad connection to the dash panel. Its still going to need diagnosing regardless of what the cars worth as the test is the same for new or old cars. This would be a job for a shop or electrical tech. Its impossible to say exactly what causes this.
